Information we collect

Information you give us

When you register for a demo or webinar, book a call, send us a message, or sign up for the Services, we collect the information you choose to provide. This typically includes your name, email address, phone number, the market or postal code you operate in, your company or team name, and anything you tell us about your business.

Information collected through Flashroom

When you run a session, we process the information you and your attendees provide in order to host it: attendee names and email addresses, registration answers, attendance and viewing records, chat and question submissions, and any materials you upload or share. This information belongs to you. We process it on your behalf and under your instruction, and we do not use it to market to your attendees.

Information collected through Flashadz

We receive the advertising account access you grant us and the campaign, audience, budget and performance data associated with it. Where you run campaigns on behalf of a client, that access and that data belong to your client, and the terms on client authority apply.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical and usage information, including your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referring URLs, and the dates and times of your visits. We collect this information using cookies and similar technologies.

Information from third parties

If you register for a demo or webinar or book a call through our scheduling and webinar partners, or message us through Facebook Messenger, we receive the information you submit through those services. If you become a customer, we collect the brand, footage, scripts, and account details needed to produce your videos.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to: operate, provide, and improve the Site and the Services; register you for and deliver demos and webinars; schedule and conduct qualification calls; communicate with you about your account, our offerings, and updates; produce and distribute video content on your behalf when you are a customer; protect against fraud and abuse; and comply with our legal obligations.

Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the Site working, remember your preferences, understand how the Site is used, and measure the performance of our marketing. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling some cookies may affect how the Site functions.

Third-party services

We rely on trusted third-party providers to run the Site and the Services. These may include our webinar platform, our scheduling and booking tools, Facebook/Meta (including Messenger and advertising tools), web font providers, hosting providers, and analytics services. These providers process information on our behalf and under their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information.

How we share information

We share information only as needed to run our business: with service providers who perform functions on our behalf; when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights and the safety of others; and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will continue to protect your information consistent with this Policy. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time, and you may opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any message or by contacting us. To make a request, email nat@flashkut.ai. We will respond within the time the applicable law allows, and we will not treat you differently for making a request.

If you are in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose; to request its deletion; to request correction; and to opt out of its sale or sharing.

If you are in the EU or the UK, the General Data Protection Regulation gives you the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our processing of your personal information, and the right to receive it in a portable form. You also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority. We process your information on the basis of your consent, our contract with you, or our legitimate interest in operating and improving the Services, depending on the processing concerned.

Data security

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children’s privacy

The Site and the Services are intended for business professionals and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
