Flashsuite Partner Terms

1. Who can be a partner

Anyone with a Flashsuite account who agrees to these terms. You do not need an app or a plan.

2. Your link

You get one link, flashsuite.ai/yourname, and a QR code for it. Use only your own link. Do not change it to look like someone else's.

3. Who counts as yours

A person counts as yours when they open your link and create a new Flashsuite account within the link window shown on flashsuite.ai/partners and in your Partners tab. If they opened another partner's link first, they count as that partner's. People who already have an account never count.

4. What you earn

You earn a share of what each person you brought pays us, for a set time counted from their first payment. The share and how long it lasts are the ones shown on flashsuite.ai/partners and in your Partners tab when the payment is made. Partners with their own deal see theirs in the Partners tab. We count only money we receive: after coupons, discounts and credit, and without sales tax.

5. When you are paid

Each earning waits the hold shown on flashsuite.ai/partners and in your Partners tab when the payment is made, so refunds and chargebacks can be settled before anything is paid. We may shorten this wait for a partner at our choice. When an earning's wait ends and you are owed at least the minimum shown there, we send it to the Stripe account you set up with your bank details, and Stripe pays your bank weekly. Your bank must be in a country we can pay through Stripe. Stripe checks who you are. Partners in the United States give their tax details to Stripe and receive the tax forms that apply; partners elsewhere may be asked for a tax form before their first payment. We may check a payment that looks unusual. While we check it, the earnings from that person wait, and if the payment is not genuine those earnings are cancelled.

6. Refunds and chargebacks

If a payment is refunded or charged back, the earning on it is cancelled. If it was already paid to you, we take it off your next payments, or we take it back from your Stripe account.

7. Not allowed

• Earning from yourself: a second account of yours, or a business you own or run, does not count.
• Bidding on our names (Flashsuite, Flashkut, Flashroom, Flashadz) in search ads.
• Saying things about Flashsuite we do not say, or offering money or gifts to get sign-ups.
• Spam: messages to people who did not agree to hear from you.

If you break these rules we may hold or cancel the earnings involved and end your partnership.

8. Changes and ending

We may change these terms or the rates; we will tell you by email 30 days before a change applies, and earnings already made stay as they were. You can stop being a partner at any time, and we pay what you are owed once it reaches the minimum shown on flashsuite.ai/partners and in your Partners tab. We may end a partnership with notice, and pay what was earned fairly.

9. The rest

Your use of Flashsuite also follows our general Terms. If these partner terms and the general Terms disagree about being a partner, these partner terms apply.
